This page lists the third-party sub-processors that CVTechSupport Ltd. uses to deliver its customer-support platform. We commit to providing 30 days' advance notice of any addition or replacement, giving Partner SaaS administrators the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. To receive notifications, email support@cvtechsupport.com with the subject line "Subscribe to sub-processor updates".
All sub-processors below are bound by written data-protection agreements imposing obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement. Transfers outside the UK or EEA, where applicable, are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Affiliates and internal entities
CVTechSupport Ltd. operates from a single legal entity registered in England and Wales. We do not currently have affiliates processing personal data outside the United Kingdom. Any future affiliate added as an internal processor will be listed above with at least 30 days' prior notice.

How to object to a sub-processor
If you object to a planned change on reasonable data-protection grounds, email support@cvtechsupport.com within the notice period. We will work with you in good faith to address the concern. If no commercially reasonable resolution is available, you may terminate the affected Service in accordance with the Terms of Service.
